Description
Originating in North Africa and the Middle East, these are wedges of lemon preserved
in Himalayan Salt. This year, our harvest came from Hamilton Russell, and we
used their beautiful Meyer Lemon. Salt and tart, and the most beautiful hints of
floral notes. Diced finely, it can be thrown into a chicken tagine or even a
yoghurt, on top of which you can pile your vegetables in summer.
