Description
We use de boned chicken thighs here and marinade it in spices and yoghurt. Cooked in a buttery, rich tomato gravy, with the classic butter chicken spicing and touch of fenegreek. I have always loved adding some butter beans to my dish and I hope you like it too. Best served with a roti or rice.
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs, yoghurt, garlic, ginger, curry spice, fenugreek, butter, oil, butter beans
Heating instructions:
- Remove from packaging and gently warm in a pot on the stove
- Remove the lid and heat in the microwave
