Fragrant South African dish, curry-spiced beef mince baked with a savoury custard, best served with rice and chutney.
Ingredients:
Beef mince, curry spice, bread, apricot jam, dried fruit, egg, milk, onion, garlic, almonds
Heating instructions:
- Bake in a 180°C oven for 20-25 minutes
- Airfryer at 180°C for 8-10 minutes
- Microwave for 6-8 minutes
