Description
This dish translates to Hunters pot, an italian classic, Bone in chicken pieces baked in a tomato base with capers, anchovies, olives and herbs. Perfect served with some new potatoes and a salad for an alfresco lunch or with mash or polenta for dinner.
Ingredients:
Chicken, tomato, anchovies, capers, onions, garlic, olives, carrots
Heating instructions:
- Remove from packaging and gently warm in a pot on the stove
- Remove the lid and heat in the microwave
