Fruit Cake

Description

This is also one of those age old recipes that just cannot be changed. We have been making this fruit cake since my Melissa days and it is by far the most delicious. No shortage of fruit, nuts and booze.

Ours is 900g each and 6inch in diameter. I personally love my cake with a chunk of gorgonzola!!!
