Coronation Chicken

Description

The classic chicken mayo, with a hint of curry spice created for the Queen’s coronation. We cook whole chickens and pick it and mix with a spicy curry sauce, it is so versatile. Have it with salad and fresh bread or in a sandwich. Lovely staple to have in your fridge, especially as we are heading in to summer
