Marinated Beetroot Salad

Description

This has to be one of our favourites. Our beetroot is marinated in vinegar, fresh herbs, honey and oil. Served on a bed of feta cheese cream and finished with some basil.

Enjoy with your braai and it would be enough for 2 or on your own  for one !!
