Description
This is a Japanese favourite. We have made this in the very authentic way with a dashi base and white miso paste. This soup has wakame seaweed, tofu and spring onions. Delicious as is or if you wanted you could turn it into a meal for two with the addition of some noodles, protein of your choice and perhaps a touch of chilli crunch.
