Description
This recipe has travelled with me for a very long time. This is the chutney we made at L’Escargot in Greek Street, Soho. It is like an adult version of Branston Pickle. Delicious with cheese, especially a blue cheese.
Great with Butternut & Lentil Bobotie or your favourite Boerewors
Ingredients:
Pears, apple, raisins, tomatoes, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, orange, ginger, onion, vinegar
