Split Pea & Ham Soup

Description

This is by far my mothers favourite, made with the simplest of ingredients. Because of the ham hock it sets, so dont be alarmed if you need to scoop it out , it will melt into deliciousness. The smoked ham hock cooks for hours which just keaves you with the most deliciously thick and delicious soup
