For the meat lovers, i know they wont be able to tell the difference. This is made with Sofrito, red wine & red lentils. you are left with a very similar texture to mince and a delicious savoury Umami fix
Ingredients:
Onions, carrots, celery, tomato paste, red wine, seasoning, herbs, red lentils, veg stock, pasta sheets, flour milk, cheese
Heating instructions:
- Bake in a 200°C oven till you can put a knife through the pasta
- Airfryer at 180°C for 25 minutes
