Description
Creamed spinach style pie filled with herbs, feta, ricotta, celery and topped with butter-brushed phyllo pastry. This is a little like a spanakopita, if you will. Delicious as is with a fresh tomato salad, or as a side dish to a braai or roast chicken. All you need to do is bake till pastry is golden brown, dont worry we have buttered your pastry for you already.
Ingredients:
Spinach, ricotta, feta, onion, garlic, herbs, rocket, celery, butter, phyllo pastry
Heating instructions:
- Bake in a 200°C oven till pastry is cooked and golden brown.
- Bake in Airfryer at 180°C 8-10 minutes, till pastry is golden brown
