Description
This slightly spicy red lentil dhal plays pillow to the rolls of aubergine stuffed with paneer, spinach
and mango chutney. Delicious as a main course or as a side dish.
Ingredients:
Red lentils, onion, curry leaves, curry spice, coconut milk, ginger, garlic, tomato
aubergine, paneer, spinach, ghee
Heating instructions:
- Microwave till heated through
- Airfryer at 180°C for 7 minutes or until heated through
