Minestrone Soup

The Italian Classic. This is the one that i think we all love the most as it is a little labour of love, but so rewarding. It has a perfectly balanced tomato base with pasta, beans and all the vegies. You can take it up a level at home by adding some basil pesto or some grated parmesan
